Meet Tribal Law Practice

Gregory S. Arnold, JD, LL.M.

Private advocate attorney Gregory S. Arnold, JD, LL.M.  Greg  found himself drawn to the law field directly out of high school, working in the Legal Battalion of the 3rd Fleet Marine Corps Pacific, with the US Marines in Okinawa, Japan. Then, after graduating with honors in Political Science from Union College & University, he pursued a law degree from Western State College of Law.  More recently, Greg obtained a post-doctorate degree (LL.M) in Insurance Law..  Greg also has an Indian Law Certificate, "Building Indian Country", from Seattle University School of Law.  Greg is licensed in twenty (20) tribal courts throughout Indian Country, plus the Interior Board of Indian Appeals.


Greg's practice includes representing insurance companies and surety companies, including bad faith claims analysis, representing mortgage banks and other large companies, and representing injured patrons and guests for personal injuries in tribally owned Indian casinos throughout the United States/Indian Country.

​Greg is semi-retired from practice but accepts an occasional high-profile case or research for other practitioners and can make referrals upon request.

​Greg does not accept cases filed in state courts but can refer such cases to those who do.

​Greg is also licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance as a Property and Casualty Adjuster.

Dan Izzo, JD, MBA

Private advocate Dan Izzo, JD, MBA.  Dan obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Woodbury University.  Dan is available to meet with clients and attend tribal court proceedings as second chair in California.

Dan also has expertise in financial management and reporting, which is helpful when filing schedules and financial reports with tribal courts on behalf of businesses and individuals.
